Je to s\u00fahra <strong>tela, o\u010d\u00ed a ruky<\/strong>: stabiln\u00fd stred a ramen\u00e1, uvo\u013enen\u00e9 z\u00e1p\u00e4stie, prsty, ktor\u00e9 vedia d\u00e1vkova\u0165 silu, a oko, ktor\u00e9 vedie ruku po ceste. Ke\u010f to postav\u00edme na dobr\u00fdch z\u00e1kladoch, p\u00edsanie sa stane prirodzen\u00fdm krokom \u2013 bez slzi\u010diek a zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho tlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1klad sk\u00f4r ne\u017e ceruzka: telo, dr\u017eanie a dych<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die\u0165a sa u\u010d\u00ed p\u00edsa\u0165 cel\u00fdm telom.
